Black drum and mullet are common species harvested while bowfishing in the gulf. This is a quick and easy dish that you can make from an average night of saltwater bowfishing. This meal is also very healthy for you. Here is what you will need:
A few fish fillets.
Your favorite fish seasoning.
Flavored rice bag.
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Cover a cookie pan with aluminum foil and spread the fillets out on the foil. Season the fillets with your favorite fish seasoning. I used a combo of lemon pepper and a cajun creole seasoning. Put the fish in the oven for 15 min. While that is cooking cook abag of flovored rice on the stovetop. The rice should take about 7 min to cook so it will be done before the fish. Make a bed of rice on the plates and lay the fillets on top. A tastey and healthy meal in under 20 min on the cheap.
